Celebration Balloon sets at Home

Basic Design / Picture style starting at $120, Custom style / design starting at $165 (Please allow 2 weeks design discussion time). Rush fee may apply if ordered within 3 day of your event date.

Creation Guarantee Timeline

Balloon must be booked 3 days in advance ~ set style and design. Design must have been discussed for 2 weeks. The earlier you inquire the more details we can discuss. Balloons are best kept indoors and can stay afloat up to 1 week.

Design

For custom balloon designs, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to allow our designers to begin artwork. We recommend all details and inspiration be communicated with the designer prior to the artwork draft. We allow up to two changes to the original draft. Any changes to the overall theme or idea will result in a surcharge.

All Purchases and Rentals

Starting at $100 (We recommend you book 2 weeks in advance for availability). Our services include but not limited to large décor set ups and small items for rental, frames, birthday banners, custom brands, themed cakes and desserts. Email us to find out more!

Order Cancellation

We understand things happen, one you placed the order, you will have 72 hours to cancel and fully refund. All payments made prior to the termination date are non-refundable.

Monster Kids reserves the right at its absolute discretion to suspend or cancel any services whether in whole or in part under its contract with the renter in any case where the renter is in breach of the current contract or of any credit arrangements.

Returns, Refunds

PRODUCTS: No Exchange or Return for all one-time use products (include but not limited to balloons, theme party, seasonal products, party accessories).

Any design fees or service fees are non-refundable.

RENTAL: Should Items be returned missing, damaged or dirty while in your possession, repairs or extra cleaning will be charged to the client. Monster Kids will inspect all returned items and inform you within 48 hours of any damaged or missing items. Photos of damages may be provided upon request. You will be invoiced for the damaged or missing items and your credit card will be charged if the amount has not been paid within 7 days.

All payments made are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, please do contact Monster Kids immediately.

Richmond Pick Up

Typically, our balloon sets are small enough to fit inside a SUV or a vehicle with a hatchback. You can push down your seats to create more space in the trunk. If you order a larger balloon set, we recommend you use our delivery service to ensure that your balloons are delivered safely to your event. You can check with us to confirm the sizing of the balloons.

Delivery

There is a $15 charge for deliveries within 5km of our Richmond office: #140-6191 Westminster Hwy. For further deliveries, there will be a $2 charge per additional km.

Payment Methods

We accept E-transfer, cash, credit card, wechat pay or cheque.

Credit Card payments will have a 3% service fee

WeChat payments will have a 2.5% service fee

All our prices are subject to tax
